When you or your End Consumers interact with our AI voice or chat agents, the inputs (voice audio and text) are processed by trusted third-party AI providers to generate responses in real-time.
Important Note on AI Training: Data submitted through our API integrations with AI providers is processed solely to provide the service and is not used by those providers to train their foundational AI models.
We may review anonymized or aggregated conversations, recordings, and transcripts to improve service quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
We engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in delivering the Services.
